How Does This Work?
Step 1: Discovery Call
Speak 1:1 with Kaylie to assess what your goals are, where you’re stuck, what the most effective & efficient steps are for your success, and how her coaching can support you best. Then we can decide which package is best for you.
Step 2: Personalized Plan
You and Kaylie will collaborate on the next steps, according to your goals, and your lifestyle. Whether your focus is to lose weight, gain muscle, or increase overall wellness (or all of the above); Kaylie is here to help!
Step 3: Build Sustainable Habits
You and Kaylie will meet as often or as little as you’d like (although most people choose to book their sessions every 3-4 weeks). With check-ins from your coach between sessions, you will have a direct and clear approach to crushing your goals with habits that stick.
If it turns out this isn’t what you need, I’ll issue a refund for the remaining sessions so you’re not locked in. As a coach, I want you to feel confident in your choice to hire a nutrition coach.

Nutrition coaching is a collaborative process where the coach & client work together to create sustainable life-long healthy habits to help them lose weight, move better, increase energy, and experience life better.

While doctors diagnose & treat medical conditions, nutrition coaching helps empower the client to make positive health changes. The coach works together with the client to find what works best for them, and guides them through that process step-by-step. The coach is a resource for them at all times.

Each person’s nutrition journey is different. My goal is to guide you for as long as you want help. Some clients will see benefits after a few months, and some will continue to want support to progress through goals over longer periods of time.

If you make the time to prioritize your health now, it helps set you up for success later. We will work together to find what simple things we can add in to help you navigate your busy life, and also help you live a healthier life. The amount of time you dedicate is up to you. Our sessions will last roughly 45-60 minutes. You can utilize those sessions as often as you’d like. Most people schedule them every 3-4 weeks.
