Hi, I’m Kaylie!
Most would describe me as an avid CrossFitter, fun-loving nutrition coach, and outdoorsy gal who’s happiest on a trail or in a gym.
I wasn’t always so clear about my health. For years, I battled the endless stream of nutrition advice: keto, vegan, fasting, supplements, cleanses…you name it, I tried it. The more I searched, the more confused I became.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help others find freedom around food.
I empower my clients with tools and strategies that fit their life — so they can finally stop stressing about diets and start living fully.
Today, my coaching space is dedicated to breaking myths, simplifying nutrition, and helping you use food as a tool — not a trap.
👉 Because when you feel confident in your choices, you don’t just eat better. You live better.
MY STORY
When my sister was diagnosed with brain cancer, our family made a decision: we needed to get healthier. Together, my sister and I went plant-based. At first, it was amazing—we lost weight, felt energized, and thought we had found the answer.
But after a year, I realized how hard it was to sustain. Growing up in a hunting family, I craved animal protein. So, I switched to Whole30. Again, I had success… until I didn’t. Whole30 made social outings, dinners with friends, and family gatherings stressful. Food started to feel more like rules than joy.
That’s when I realized the problem wasn’t me—it was the diet culture itself. I didn’t need another rigid plan. I needed balance.
Fast forward a few years: I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Sport & Nutrition, along with my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification and Enlifted Mindset Level 2. Through this journey, I discovered how to nourish my body without giving up the foods and moments I love most.
Today, my sister continues to defy the odds and slow the growth of her tumor with the help of nourishing food. And I’ve found the balance that allows me to feel strong, happy, and free from the diet rollercoaster.
Now, I help my clients do the same: step away from restriction and build a healthy lifestyle that fits real life.
👉 If you’re ready to stop chasing “the perfect diet” and start creating lasting habits you enjoy, I’d love to guide you on that journey.
